We are very happy to announce our attached agenda for a 26th Annual Northeast Rehab Symposium! This year’s event is offering 6.5 CLE and CNE (including 1.0 ethics credit) and will take place again at Mohegan Pennsylvania on Thursday, October 5, 2023. We are very excited to host our guest speakers for this year presenting alongside our physicians: Gerald Mullery was appointed Deputy Secretary for Compensation and Insurance in February 2023 by Secretary of the Department of Labor & Industry, Nancy Walker. For twelve years preceding his appointment, Deputy Secretary Mullery was a State Representative in Pennsylvania’s General Assembly representing 65,000 constituents in the 119th Legislative District. J. Joseph Grady has been a practicing attorney licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 1986. He served as a Workers’ Compensation Judge with the Department of Labor and Industry in the Scranton office since 1992, having retired in January 2022. Since April 2022 he has been affiliated with the law firm of O’Malley & Langan in Scranton in an of counsel position concentrating primarily on workers’ compensation. Dawn Nicholson concentrates her practice on the defense of national and regional insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured in workers' compensation matters throughout Pennsylvania. Neil O'Donnell is Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy and Pre-Trial Procedure and has been practicing law for over 30 years. Mr. O’Donnell is a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist and past President of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He serves as a frequent lecturer on civil litigation topics.
