🏗 NEW PROJECT ANNOUNCEMENT 🏗 The Philadelphia Housing Authority recently unveiled its plans for the initial phase of a sweeping redevelopment of Bartram Village in Southwest Philadelphia. The first phase plans include 600+ residential units including townhouses, apartments, and amenities such as a community room and a playground. PHA has been planning the Bartram Village redevelopment for over 6 years. The hope is to break ground by the end of the year. KSG engineering team provided structural engineering for the project. AVE at the Navy Yard will offer two mid-rise communities with 614 apartments, 92 of which are designated deed-restricted workforce and affordable-housing units. It is located in Downtown New Rochelle, NY, just 28 minutes north of Manhattan.
